Mapping

The mapping functionality serves as a tool for establishing a real-time connection between a credential and the corresponding cross-chain identity. The credential can be situated on various networks that are associated with that particular cross-chain identity. This essentially means that the mapping service acts as a bridge, linking credentials to their respective cross-chain identities across a multitude of different networks in real-time.

Mapping provides access for on-chain data and credentials that constitute cross-chain identity. The data accessible within this abstraction includes a variety of elements:

  • Web3 names across supported chains.

  • Wallets across supported chains.

  • Social credentials, which list a user's social accounts on supported platforms.

  • Email addresses.

  • NFT avatars.

  • Tokens held.

  • Transactions made.

  • Wallets, smart comtracts and cross-chain identities interacted.

  • Social graphs.

  • Total balance, including all assets and holdings.

  • Web3 messaging methods.

  • SSI/DID.

  • Verifiable credentials.
